      Pilates as Prayer. Barbie Dukes certified Pilates instructor, personal trainer for professional dancers and dance educator, Toronto, CAN.
    • 10-11am: Greetings, Introduction and Opening Words of Torah
      Short Lectures by Rebbetzins and Professionals
    • 11-12noon: MASTER CLASSES
      • MUSIC: Master Class in Vocal Technique with voice coach, educator and performer Bracha Adrezin, Palm Springs, CA.
      • DANCE: Master Class in Modern Dance with Dages Keates. Intermediate level modern dance and above.
      • THEATER: Master Class in Theater Development with director and writer Amy Guterson. Developing original theater based on personal stories and acting improvisational techniques.
    • 12-1:30pm: LUNCH PROGRAM Networking & Unique Performance

    • 1:30-4:30: AFTERNOON SESSIONS
      • Dance Composition: Form through Content This mini-course is designed to understand and use the choreographic principles of time, space, energy, and design to create and perform a dance. The movement created during this workshop will be inspired by Jewish literary and visual sources.
      • Torah Dance Fusion Bringing Torah inspiration into a dance class fusing lyrical, jazz and latin movement (Zumba), a flow class for the mind, body and soul. Open to beginnners.
      • Music Heals: Nigunim and the Six Steps to Joy The workshop gives a glimpse into the power of nigunim and how they are tools and gifts to help each of us with our individual life's journey. Nigunim accompanied by guitar arrangements interspersed with stories and insights. Time permitting, nigunim will be taught, enabling all the participants to experience the internal uplift that is accomplished by singing a nigun.
    • 4:30-6pm: Keynote Panel Discussion: CREATING JEWISH MATERIAL: WHAT IS JEWISH? Discussion with scriptwriters, songwriter, choreography in the orthodox community
